Hypnosis: the BEST way to Effect Change.
Hypnosis is a state that allows for faster learning. It is also an internal state that allows faster reprograming of automatic responses because it is direct.
Hypnosis bypasses the conscious brain filters that slow down this process. Rest assured, though, that those filters will interfere even in deep hypnosis if the reprogramming is in conflict with deeply held values and beliefs.

The power of your brain/mind is enormous but accessing that power is not always easy. Hypnosis bridges that gap. Whatever you visualize in hypnosis becomes the blueprint for automatic change in behavior. Following are just a few examples.

Whenever we decide to make changes in our lives certain processes are set in motion. What happens? The thought of making a change is registered by the "mind" (whatever that is) and signals are sent to the brain. Once the signals go to the brain, the brain sends signals to the body. The degree to which these three factors are in sync determines how successful we will be in making that change.
